The Satin editions dressed the fuel-injected Classic 500 in matt military-style paint: an olive drab Battle Green inspired by wartime service bikes, and a sand-coloured Desert Storm. Underneath it was the ordinary Classic 500 with its 1950s nacelle, toolboxes, single sprung saddle and buffed engine parts.
